Journal Policy & Review Process
MJMS is committed to quick evaluation and publication of submitted papers.
Manuscripts should be submitted online.
MJMS also instructs Reviewing Editors and reviewers to treat manuscripts as confidential material.
Our peer review process is also confidential and identities of reviewers are not released.
All Research Papers are reviewed using a 'double-blind' process in which reviewers are not informed who are the authors of the paper, as well as the authors not knowing who are the reviewers.
Submitted papers are first considered by the Editor to whom they were submitted. Papers that do not fall within the scope of MJMS are 'desk-rejected'.
In addition, papers that fail to meet a minimum threshold for the following aspects are also rejected:Relevance of Topic
Scholarly Quality
English Usage
Use of Theory
Novelty and originality of the idea
Technical Content and Correctness
Critical Qualities
Clarity of ConclusionsFinally, the Editorial Board can make a decision as to whether to accept, reject, or ask for a 'revise and resubmit' of the submitted paper.
