Copyright Claims

The transfer of copyright gives MJMS the right to develop, promote, distribute, sell and archive a body of scientific work throughout the world. The Author hereby grants and assigns to MJMS all rights in and to Author’s work in and contributions to the Work. In connection with this assignment, the Author acknowledges that MJMS will have the right to print, publish, create derivative works and sell the work throughout the world, all rights in and to all revisions or versions or subsequent editions of the Work in all languages and media throughout the world.
 
The author(s) reserve the following rights:
 
1. All proprietary rights other than copyrights, such as patent rights,
2. The right to use all or part of this article with publisher as copyright holder 
3. The right to make copies of this article for his/her own use, but not for sale.
 
 
Publication Ethics 
MJMS is committed to maintaining high standards through a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies. Any infringements of professional ethical codes, such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, bogus claims of authorship, should be taken very seriously by the editors with zero tolerance.An Initial Plagiarism Check is carried out for every manuscript submitted to MJMS. The check starts with a Google search. MJMS has a licensed plagiarism checking software and all its papers are checked through it. The submitted manuscript should not have been previously published in any form and must not be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
